"Preparation time very fast. Used Stevia extract instead of sugar and only 1 tsp of sea salt instead of salt. This is the moistest cornbread that I have ever eaten. The vinegar flavor does come through a little bit, so next time I will use just a little bit more Stevia. Over-all it is a great recipe."
