"These were great! Made exactly as recipe states except I used gluten free flour in place of the regular flour. My family ate them almost immediately. Will be making these again tonight. :) Thank you for the great recipe!"

"Great recipe! I made a few changes. I doubled the recipe and instead of potatoes added wild rice. I simmered it for another 1 1/2 hours added a couple more cups of chicken stock and then then 1/2 & 1/2. Salt and pepper to taste. My family loved it. Will definately make again."

"Great and easy recipe! I made a few changes. I added twice the amount of mushrooms, onions, and spices (nutmeg, thyme, sage, garlic and onion salt). I also used gluten free flour. It turned out great and I will definately make this recipe again."

"This recipe is wonderful. I have a gluten allergy and it worked great to thicken the soup with corn tortillas instead of having to use flour like in most recipes. My Husband and Son also loved it. I followed the recipe exactly. Will definately make again."

"Loved it! I made a couple of changes. I added ham steak instead of polish sausage. I also used a gluten-free roux because I am allergic to wheat. It turned out great!! Definately will make this again. Very easy and very healthy. Thanks!"
