"I'm giving this 5 stars, only because it won't let me give 4 1/2. I followed the recipe exactly, it is a very wet "dough." I expected that. It rose perfectly, even smelled like "real" bread dough. It browned very nicely, and had a perfect crispness to it. Of course I had to have a piece while it was still warm with butter...I wasn't that impresse..."
