"Very easy and tasty. I did double the sauce because we love lots of sauce and used fresh ginger; otherwise followed everything as-is and it turned out fabulous. Perhaps I'll use more garlic powder or add fresh garlic next time and there will be a next time. = I used reduced sodium soy sauce so it turned out just right. Nice recipe!"

"Yummmmmy! My husband loves this recipe. I made several delicious salmon recipes and he chooses this as his favorite. For the sauce, I might suggest reducing the fish sauce by a bit. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"Excellent recipe and very easy to put together. I substituted a few things: used fresh basil leaves, extra garlic, fresh juice of lemon, and reduced the olive oil to 2 TBS and it's plenty. Wonderful...thanks!"

"YUUUUMMMMY! I made it last night and served it over rice and it was fantastic! I decreased the amount of hoisin sauce slightly to suit our taste because hoisin sauce can be very sweet. It was fast and simple to make. I will be making this again soon and will take up the suggestion of other reviewers to make a batch and freeze for quick dinners on ..."

"I love clay pot pork and I'm so happy I found a good recipe here. I've made this 3-4 times already and the only change I would recommend is to reduce the sugar amount to about 2 TBS. Other than that, everything else is just right. I say let it simmer just a little longer as suggested because it becomes tastier the longer you let it simmer. It's be..."
