    "I have made this twice now...and we just love it. The chipotle in adobe sauce is the secret. Don't leave it out. If you like a little less heat use a little less of the chipotle and sauce. It took me awhile to find the chipotle in adobe sauce but I finally found it in the ethnic section of SweetBay. I am sure most of the big grocers carry it also."

    "I made this exactly like the Neelys did. Having never eaten chicken fried steak with gravy before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly suprised. This was delicious. I also made the mashed potatoes and broccoli. My husband, who had never eaten this before also loved it. This is a filling, inexpensive meal that will stay on my rotation li ..."

    "I made these exactly as Ellie described. They were wonderful. I like the fact that you can subsitute some of the ingredients. I will try some variations next time. Since I am frequently running "late" to work...this grab and go breakfast is great for me. It will certainly help the temptation to stop and pick up a donut!! "
