"I thought this was really good. It is easy to make and doesn't leave me with the guilties. I have made it as is and have added cinnamon and vanilla which was also good (and gave the cake part some color. It is also really good cold! "

"This is great for a warm day when you don't feel like cooking. I left out the celery and have added some carrots. I serve it on top of spinach as a salad. It is so good. My husband always requests it. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"I have brought this to a couple of potlucks and it has been a huge hit. Everyone was asking me for the recipe. The only thing I did different is that I left out the fresh basil because I didn't have any. I also have experimented with different kinds of tomatoes which all were good. This is an excellent recipe for a summer get together. Thanks!"

"This was great! I used sugar free gelatin and reduced the white sugar to 1/4 cup. I had just enough sauce for my pie. I also made my own reduced-fat graham cracker crust. It tasted just like strawberry shortcake. I will definetly be making this again!!!"
