    I'm a young grandma of 8 energetic kids. Being single I'm always looking for easy recipes that can be scaled down to smaller proportions. I use Sunday as my cooking day and try to fix meals that will last me through the week. I'm into "healthy" but not fanatical about it. Just simple.

    Favorite Foods

    I'm eating vegan foods as of last year. After doing some research I decided that my body didn't need all that unhealthy "food" I was putting into it. I like plain simple foods, nothing fancy for me ! I'm just a country gal at heart !
