    "A friend made a ham for Christmas so I wanted to do something different for New Year's. I also left out the rosemary and used minced garlic. It was served with provolone cheese, horseradish sauce and au jus gravy on club rolls. Everyone raved but left off the cheese and horseradish sauce saying they would have ruined the flavor of the meat!! Great..."
