"The great taste of a cheesecake in a smaller version. I did use a premade graham cracker crust, followed the recipe for filling and topping ( did not use the lemon rind, just juice). Served with fresh bluberries on the side with whipped topping. Thanks for an easy dessert."

"Loved this combination. The dressing was great. I did make the whole recipe for the dressing, but just made enough salad ingredients for two and drizzled some of the dressing over that, now I have plenty of dressing to keep using several more times. Raisins are good with it also instead of grapes."

"A wonderful moist lemon cake and easy too. I used an angel food cake pan. Since I didn't have extra large eggs I used 5 large and frozen lemon juice instead of fresh. Put a simple glaze of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice."
