"I was happy to see that someone posted this as I have made this recipe before. For superbowl I made this dish with the regular full fat ingredients and then I used fat free cream cheese and low fat ranch, no yogurt for another dish. The low fat version was excellent! Due to the cream cheese its consistency and visual appeal was odd, but who cares!..."

As a huge yogurt eater, I have noticed a difference in the brands and I made this recipe with the cheaper store brand. I thought it was a little too tangy, but I will make again us..."

"May never go back to making regular bisquick pancakes! This recipe is very healthy. I didn't have a full 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, just under so I added a little skim milk. I only did 3 eggwhites and they still turned out great. I also was lazy and did not put it in a blender. I'm sure it would have been better, but unblended it was still great! ..."
