"Excellent recipe and delicious. Only made 3 changes. I used prepackaged shredded carrots (1/2 cup. And I only used 2 tsp canola oil and I used minced fresh ginger. Came out wonderfully and only 5 points per serving. Thanks for posting!"

Thanks ..."

"This reciped made a superb glaze. Exactly like the one at TGIFriday's. I made only one change. I used 2/3 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cup Splenda. I needed to lower the calories to make it 1 point in WW plan. Thanks for posting! "

"I loved this recipe. Very easy to follow. I didn't add the tomato puree or yogurt. And I added more broth. It was saucy and delicious and the house smelled wonderful. Thank you."
