"Due to diet restrictions, I didn't use the oil or the nuts. It was wonderful without it. complex taste with a lingering glow. Not too hot. It made a wonderful sandwich the next day. Never did anything like this with this type of recipe before. Couldn't stop eating it."

"I made this Horseradish Grill recipe all the time. It was a much requested recipe in our family. For Christmas it was "are you bringing the Mac and Cheese?" Makes a beautiful presentation too of rich gold. Note I have used Mexican taco cheese mix in place of the cheddar as well as others without difficulty. The mustard has always been Coleman's"

It went ok after that however before that it just wouldn't bind. I pressed the tofu well. I used a gourmet ketchup with a strong hint of nutmeg, Dijon mustard, Braggs [a very low sodium soy sauce], ..."
