    "This is a wonderful fish recipe. It is easy, quick, and inexpensive if you use fish on sale. I used tilapia and substituted lemon juice for the lime. Both my men loved it. It can be made attractive for guests by baking with sliced lemon or lime on top of the fish, instead of juice and zest."

    "This recipe was a bit of a nuisense with all the pounding and peeling but had a decent flavor and I really liked the way it used common, on hand, ingredients.
