"Quick, simple sauce with lots of flavor. My kids loved it too. You definately need to serve it with fresh grated parmesan cheese."

"This recipe wasn't bad, it just had no flavor. Kind of bland...I guess probably exactly what poached chicken should taste like. It was edible, I just wouldn't choose to eat it if I had a choice. On the up side, it was the fastest, simplest Rachel dish ever."

"Wonderful marinade. My husband hates boneless, skinless chicken breast on a plate, and he even loved this one. I threw it together and marinated it for about 1 1/2 hours, then broiled it. So quick and easy, definate keeper."

"This is an excellent recipe. It gives a fresh new way to serve fish. Very light and refreshing, but filling also. A definate keeper! We also made the Mexican Stuffed Tomatoes and ended up putting the extra tomato stuffing in the tacos as well."

"This is the quickest sauce to put together. Almost as easy as jarred sauce, and soooo much better!! No more store bought sauce in my house."

    Reviewed Panettone French Toast
     |  By csham69_1650361

"Excellent recipe. It's the best french toast I've ever had! This has replaced homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. For those of you looking for Pannetone and not finding it--sometimes Sam's Club or Costco has it during the holidays. Also Cost Plus World Market, if you have one, if you can't get it at the grocery store or bakery."

"Another wonderful recipe from Rachel Ray. I can't make it in 30 minutes, but then again, I have 4 small children. Even so, a very quick, delicious meal."

     |  By csham69_1650361

"This recipe is not difficult, however I'm not sure I would classify it as easy (involved maybe and it certainly does not have a prep time of 15 minutes. As with the other review I ended up with brownie batter, not only in texture but also taste. While the cookies are quite delicious, brownies are a fraction of the work--even when prepared from ..."
