"Loved these potatoes!!! Soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. I, too, added about a teaspoon or so of dijon mustard to the marinade, and I thought it was wonderful! I make these often. So nice to be able to get everything ready when entertaining and then just put in the oven."

"What a great recipe! My corned beef dinner for friends was an added success because of your sauce! Because I wanted to make it the day before, I used beef broth for the liquid without a problem (it may have been better with the corned beef liquid, but I have no complaints. Used corn starch to thicken a little at the end. Thanks for this recip..."

I am so glad I chose this one!!! I made it exactly like the recipe except for reducing the olive oil and adding a little more garlic. This was SO GOOD and we will definitely ..."

"Made these for a Burger Party and they were great! I really like the combination of beans. I only used 1/4 cup brown sugar because I don't like overly sweet anything, and added 1/2 tea of liquid smoke as suggested by another reviewer. Thanks for a great recipe!! It's my "go to" for baked beans."

"This is a great Irish Soda Bread. Enjoyed it with friends on St. Patty's Day. Did not use raisins or caraway seeds (just personal preference. Formed into a round loaf on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Had a nice rustic look and everyone enjoyed it. Great for toast this morning. Thanks for this recipe!!"

"Made this for our vegetarians while the rest of us were going to eat Tourtiere for Christmas Eve dinner. I liked the fact that they were also having a pie-type meal with us and this sounded very good. Deleted the onions because of personal preference of one of the vegetarians, used 2 red peppers, and doubled the beans and spices as recommended f..."

"We loved this recipe!!! I used the bread idea to absorb grease while cooking and the garlic powder. Such a simple recipe with a wonderfully delicious flavor. I have made his 3 times since finding this recipe a couple of weeks ago. Served with mashed parmesan potatoes and asparagus. Comfort food at it's best!!! Thanks so much for this recipe!"

"This is wonderful company fare!! I prepared it about 4 hours before dinner, covered it, and left on the counter until ready to cook. I made it exactly like the recipe, using only half the onions - it was perfect and looked beautiful in my white quiche dish. Not a single bite left after dinner for four!!! I will be using this recipe over and over..."
