"Very easy. This was the first peach pie I ever made. I thought that I was not going to have enough filling, but it turned out great. The only thing I might do different is not add so much ginger -it added a very strong flavor. It was wonderful served warm with vanilla icecream. "

"This recipe was a lot of work but I guess most potato salads are. I thought it was almost to creamy and next time I would not add so much mayo. I did add 3 eggs to the salad and used 1 to garnish. I also sprinkled paparika on top. Overall, it turned out pretty well."

"I thought these were just alright. I thought they would be crispier I ended up cooking them for 35 minutes and then putting them in the broiler for 5 minutes. Even with all the spices, I thought a baked potato with sour cream and butter would have been better. My husband and kids thought it was a nice change. Might try again."

"A very easy recipe. I thought the chicken was a little boring. I had to cook for additional 15 minutes and the rice was alittle undercooked in some spots. I think I will try again, adding some spices to the chicken and maybe a little more liquid to the rice. "

"I thought the flavor was excellent. I baked for an hour and the outside was quite dark while the middle was still mushy. I think next time I'll bake at 325F and increase the baking time. It could be my oven - I'm going to try again."
