"Awesome! Its so tender and falling off the bone. We did leave it in for 8 hours on low and it was just fine. Plenty of 'juice' for a gravy. I halved the salt but followed all other instructions. The skin was even a little crispy which was surprising. Will be making this again."

"This recipe is great as is...I will be using panko in place of regular breadcrumbs forever now. You could probably use any seasoning and have this turn out well. I added a dash more Old Bay but that was all I changed. My husband was looking for another piece but it was all gone. :"

"Very good, hearty chili. Not spicy at all, so if you want it spicy add to it. I added two extra cans of beans, and a little more chili powder. I seasoned the beef a little with cajun seasoning while it was browning. Tasted great, and even better the next day!"

"Delicious!!! My husband said it was a panty dropper! For the seasoning I used Tony Chachere's. Next time we will try it with shrimp and maybe add some mushrooms. I will definitely be making this again!"

"I have never used a slow cooker before and used this recipe to break it in. I used brown gravy mix instead of the onion soup and it came out so moist and yummy...will definitely make this again"
