    "Nov. 30, 2008WOW! This was an exceptional recipe. Easy, quick, and delish. I did the potatoes in the microwave, which speeded up the whole process. My guests loved it and asked for the recipe. Because of allergies to pecans, I left them out of the topping, but did sprinkle a light coating of mini marshmallows over the top before baking. ..."
