My name is Joanne and I have been married for 51 years to my high school sweetheart, Roman. We live in Louisville, Oh just east of Canton which is home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We have two grown sons, one recently divorced and the younger son has been married for 2 years. We have no granchildren which is very disappointing but there is still hope.
I found this site in Dec. O5 and I am addicted. I recently took part in the cookbook swap which was fun and now am signed up for Pick A Chef.
I love to cook, travel, garden and visit the elderly. I recently removed most of my cookbooks from the kitchen because Recipezaar is the best place to find new recipes as well as old ones. Each Christmas I bake about 25 varieties of cookies and deliver them to the elderly. A most rewarding experience.
My husband and I love ethnic cooking..Greek, Lebanese, Italian and especially Hungarian since my parents were born in Hungary.
