"DREADFUL. Very blah. There's too much liquid; cutting back on the amount of pasta sauce will not help enough, and even if it did, there's not enough flavor to make using this recipe worthwhile. Yes, extra seasonings can be added but alot's required and it'd be better to throw this recipe out and go with a new one. I do alot of ..."

"This is an excellent quiche recipe. I used soy milk instead of evaporated and the results were great. Use as a basis for all different types of quiches, just vary the veggies. I do think adding some fresh lemon juice would enhance it even more."

"Delicious! Needs a pinch of salt, however. Forget about using a muffin tin, it's too hard to remove the souffles so that they maintain their super appearance. Fill the ramekins to the top so the batter rises above it. Very easy and quick to prepare. Will let you know how the freezing and re-heating goes."

"Use organic ketchup and mayo. Used Dienia B's suggestion (below to add horseradish, and this was just what was needed to add zest and extra flavor as we thought it was a little too sweet and uninteresting without it. Made this way, it is spectacular! Much better than buying dressing, as most store-bought have so much corn syrup in them."

"Unfortunately this does not really make a pitcherful of Margaritas. It only serves about 4. It tasted OK, much better than a mix, but when we saw that it wouldn't be enough, we added a can of thawed Bacardi Margarita mix along with a little more than 1/2 can of tequila 1/2 can of Triple Sec. FANTASTIC!!! So much better with these additions. ..."

"Oh my goodness, who would have thought beet greens could be so good!! I did change a few things: -I did not use baby beet greens, just regular ones;-I rough-chopped the greens to make them easier to eat, and cut the red stems completely off, chopping them into 1/2" chunks, which I added to the pot;-I'd run out of fresh garlic so I used 1/2 tea..."

"With a few changes, AWESOME!! I added 1/4 t. cayenne powder for "bite", also a generous half-cup of chopped walnuts, then whipped it up in the food processor. Watch out, you'll love this!"

"I'm sorry, I don't feel this recipe lived up to the hype. I prepared it exactly as it but found it rather bland. I had to increase everything except the quantity of chicken to get a flavor that was curry-enough, with the sweet overtones of the apples and cranberries. The end result after tweaking was good, but I won't use this recipe again. Th..."
