"WOW! The best answer to a chocolate craving. I used natural cocoa powder instead of the dutch process and 6oz expresso with 2oz water for the coffee. Made my buttermilk with skim milk and white vinegar. DH and I love the cake, it will be a regular at our house. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!"

"Excellent! I used a very dry white wine and both husband and I loved the taste it added. He purchased cheese and bought the store brand...it was tasteless. We can just imagine how wonderful it will be with good swiss! We also liked the moistness of the casserole. We ate it in a bowl...alone. It was a very satisfying meal. Thanks for sharing!"

"We just finished eating this for our St. Patty's lunch. WOW!!! That sauce is the answer to prayers. I've tried making Reubens before, even Reuben caseroles and didn't like them because of the sweetness of thousand island dressing. I cannot believe what a difference this sauce makes. Bless you for sharing this recipe!"

"Not the fanciest quiche but 5 stars because it was so quick and easy, versatile and TASTY! I used mushrooms, sliced green onions, 3 slices finely diced canadian bacon and a shredded cheese blend. Served it for lunch with a little Louisiana hot sauce... Yummo! or should that be BAM!!"

"SUPER! My husband and I both loved this. I did make a couple of minor changes, I used a large can of spinach instead of fresh and used cherry tomatoes (they are the only ones with flavor now which I stirred into the spinach mixture just before removing from the heat. The dill gave it a hit of tartness similar to the splash of vinegar we normal..."

"WONDERFUL recipe! I apologize in advance for starting with I followed directions except...but we are on a diet so I did not use any oil or mozzarella cheese (these would only serve to make it even better. I also left out allspice because I didn't have any. My husband remarked that it was hard to believe it was diet food. I've tried spaghetti squa..."
