"This was a good, solid recipe. I did not used the mint. Also, I had to use more marinara sauce after it was done baking because they were cheesy. That is fine, though. Still have lots of leftovers."

"This was great. I did omit the cranberries (my husband would think it was a trendy recipe. However, I used Fresh Gourmet Multigrain stuffing with cranberries. This tasted like a turkey dinner with stuffing all mixed up together."

"This was a good vodka sauce recipe. My husband enjoyed! I have experienced some of the best vodka sauces around, made from visitors from Italy and from a couple of restaurants nearby. It is hard not to compare, but this one is the closest so far. Still needs a little work. Much better than Rachael Ray's recipe that everyone loves."

    Recipe #191102

Reviewed Red Wine Beef Stew with Potatoes and Green Beans

"I followed the recipe almost exactly, but increased flour. I used 2T of flour to brown the meet and 2T of flour in the recipe as called for. I used chicken broth. Mine did not turn out sweet, but you could taste the wine and it was so rich. The crushed tomatoes were the ones with the roasted garlic. Cooked it for 2.5 hours total."

"These are really good brownies. I do agree with another reviewer, they do not exactly remind me of a traditional brownie. I did cook it in a slightly larger pan. Hence, the brownies came out perfect with the instruction provided."
