- This does not taste like a baguette from a good bakery. It is not flavorful enough. I suggest a poolish and an additional rise to fix this.
- Does not have the hole structure of a good bread. Again, suggest more fermentation time to get that. It has, as pictured, basically all-on..."

"This soup needed flavor badly. I followed the instructions as written and it is a very bland soup. The only thing I believe could save this soup would be to cook it with sausage or other meat. I love vegetables, and I eat tofu dishes all of the time, this soup is just plain, well, plain. I'll probably just toss it. "
