    "This is my favorite dish from the Far East. I discovered it while in the Army in 1960?s after being transferred to Korea for a one year tour of duty. I was surprised to find this dish again while in Japan in 1962, after going into a Japanese restaurant for lunch in Yokosuka, Japan. Not knowing how to speak Japanese to the waitress, I helpless..."
