"I never really tried cooking brown always seemed like such a mystery to me. This recipe is excellent. The rice came out fluffy and not at all sticky or mushy. I froze what I didn't eat, and use leftovers to add to a can of soup for lunch at work."

"These are outstanding! I have made them several times as we have A LOT of kale in the garden. They taste so good sprinkled with salt. I have also tried adding grated parmesan cheese about 15 minutes before they come out of the oven. Last night I made a pan, sprinkled them with salt and added brewer's yeast flakes, which was also good."

"This recipe is so good! I use one pound of ground chicken. I cook that and add the rest of the ingredients to the same pot. I like to freeze individual servings to take for lunch at work. My husband loves this recipe as much as I do."

"This is a great recipe. I make this so often and freeze individual portions to take for lunch during the week. I usually start with a pould of ground chicken and cook it with the onions and follow the recipe from there. My husbad really likes this chili too!"
