    Reviewed Rolled Pork Florentine

"This pork roast is outstanding. I made it for a small dinner party, and it was great. I used a pkg of frozen chopped spinach instead of the fresh. I cooked it for about 30-35 minutes in the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. It was beautiful and tasted great!!"

Reviewed Grilled Sea Bass with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce and Broccoli Puree

"Oh my, the broccoli puree is divine. It tastes like it is wicked fattening, but it isn't. I could eat a whole batch myself. I can't eat fish, but I have served this broccoli puree with many other dishes. It is beautiful and very easy to make. "

Reviewed Herbed Goat Cheese Sauce for Crudites

"Well, I watched the show, and tried it because I love goat cheese. It was dreadful. Only used some of the milk to thin it out. Not going in the save file. "

    Reviewed Spicy Cinnamon Cake

"This is my go-to coffee cake to take to gatherings. Today I made 2 different cakes, one lemon-couldn't find lemon cake, only pudding, so I used the zest and juice of a lemon in the batter and put blueberries in the middle, and glazed with a lemon-juice-confectioner sugar. The other one, I toasted some coconut and added some brown sugar to it to make the "topping" used the other portion in the middle of the cake and added some coconut to the cake itself. YUM YUM!!
