    "This recipe was really good and fairly easy. Instead of Italian sausage, I used lean ground beef. As others had suggested, I added 1/2 cup more chicken stock and cream, to make it more creamier. I also used like 4 cups of cheese instead of the 2 it calls for. I think next time I make it will be faster and easier...since now I know what I'm doi ..."

    "So good and sooooo easy. I used 3 chicken breast with bone and skin to add extra flavor. Then when the chicken was done cooking, I pulled it out, discarded the bones, and shredded the chicken. Then added it back to the chili. So good, thanks Sam!!!"
