    "Darn good crabcakes, just like my Gammy used to make, with a few minor changes. I double the Old Bay, reduce the Worcestershire by 1/2T, used saltine cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs. Then I fried them in pure BUTTER (because thats what Gammy did!). When you're eating comfort food, why go healthy?"
