    Reviewed Hash Brown Casserole

" My Sister is not a sausage fan. However, she loved this when I served it to her for breakfast when she came to visit us. I have tried this with hamburger using an envelop of taco seasoning, used Mexican cheeses and it was great. Voila a Mexican dinner. I have tried it with hamburger and/or Italian suasage, Italian or pizza sauce and mozzarel""

    About Me

Italian decent. Make simple recipes, but add a zinger every once in a while. Watch the Food Network daily.
The dish I am famous for is my Mom's Italian wedding soup. I use a 7 to 8 lb. chicken and go from there. It takes two days to make, but worth every minute. Makes gallons of soup so invite the neighbors. Have them bring the garlic bread and the salad. Leftovers (if you have any) freeze beautifully. Save in containers full to give away to a sick family member or friend. It will make any one feel better.
