"Great brown rice recipe. I didn't have time for the eggs, but I don't think I missed much without them. I wish I could sub the mayo for something less fattening. I also added some chedder cheese on top before baking. Delicious. The brown rice stayed crunchy. I omited the ff onion rings due to my meals are all gluten-free."

"This dish was outstanding with lots of flavor and creaminess to the max! We did only use 1 c. of red cooking wine and 1 c. of water instead. Also, we slurried some corn starch & water to thicken it up at the end. And, we also added lite sour cream at the end over hot egg noodles. All gluten-free!"

"I cut the recipe in 1/2 because the recipe called for so much spinach. 1 package of spinach was too much! I thought the cheese would make a creamy texture, but it didn't. All it did was stick together to the spinach. I even added some extra cheese to this. The spinach was just too much."

"Good easy recipe. I used a creamy honey mustard as a dipping sauce. Tasty chicken."

"This was a fabulous recipe! I always wanted to make a homemade creamy honey mustard, and that i did. This was so yummy. I dipped a chicken breast in it. I wouldn't personally use it as a dressing on a salad, for it would be too heavy. I also cut the recipe in 1/2, still using the called for pinches of paprika and salt."

"The 1st day was the best day these rolls tasted. They were so fluffy and light. Almost biscuit-like. I also lacked some potato starch, so i sub. cornstarch for the remaining of the missing starch. These rolls didn't store too well, they were hard in one day. I figured i could use them for stuffing on Thanksgiving, thats all!"

"This was a great salsa. I chopped everything so fine, it was almost a pico de gallo. Yummy! I used it on my rice recipes all week. Very tasty. I used lime juice."

"These cookies went like hotcakes! They were so chewy, sofy and delicious. I took them to work and the girls thought they were better then regular gingersnaps! These were such a hit. I can't wait to make them for the holidays and use green & red colored sugar! The way that made them that soft was i only cooked them for 6 min. I probably got about..."

"What a great no-bake recipe to satisfy my sweet tooth! GLuten-free to boot. I found the mixture a bit hard to handle(too gooey when rolling into coconut, so i basically scooped them out with a wooden spoon instead of using my hands. I actually made way more than 30 balls, big too! The 2nd 1/2 of the batch i added 1/2 c. cocnut into the mixture ..."

"This recipe was amazing! I loved it. The best gluten-free chicken I've ever made yet! I did cut my soy sauce down a bit to a little under a 1/4 c. and added a mixture of corn starch and water towards the end to thicken, like most of the comments said to do. I loved it. I also thought i had plenty of sauce, i'm glad i didn't double it, i would'v..."
