Reviewed All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce (Brown Garlic Sauce
    Handle
     |  By Connie K

"This went together easily, and the taste was very smooth. I did however, add a bit of Thai peppers, (like it kicked up and we used all the servings, it was that good. I also used Kikkoman soy sauce (didn't appear salty to us.Maybe because we were using fresh bean sprouts, snow peas, onion, mushrooms, and finished just with tofu. Taste was great,..."

    Handle
     |  By Mary the Disturbed Stick Woman

"I was in a big hurry tonight, just happened to have everything on hand. This was as easy as 1,2,3. The only changes I made were slight, with the addition of olives, a small bit of capers, saffron, fresh tomatoes, and shredded chicken. DH's family is from Puerto Rico, so you know he LOVED it. Thanks for the inspiration, Mary!"

"ROS, made this afternoon, and the house smells heavenly, I divided into three smaller loaves, 1 each for son's to take home. Of course, there is nothing left but a small fall off piece. Wow!! Tastes great, and the moistness comes from the sour cream. Have to confess, I used vegan sour cream, (son vegan and it still tasted unbelievable, thank you ..."

Couldn't of been easier, and the taste 100 times better then those packets I keep in the junk drawer, just in case I need them. Who knew? Thanks so very mu..."

     |  By Rita~

"Rita, Rita, this salad for cucumbers and zucchini was just stupendous! I normally follow recipes to the "tee" first, because I want to see the end result, and base my stars on that. I have to say, the only change was that I had already salted and soaked the cucumbers and zuccs. in salt and water, and drained. (Then I saw this recipe The onion an..."

"Saw this recipe, and tried it based on the excellent reviews of the Hollandaise sauce that was show-cased. I had a rack of lamb, but thought I would use the mint that is growing in my garden, (yes, even in our very warm winter it grows and the sauce was well.......heavenly. Actually, my DH was late, so I had to hold the hollandaise sauce for appr..."

"Oh! papergoddess, this is wonderful, wonderful. Here in Maryland we have really good sausage, and 'kraut. I used your recipe to turn this into a dish that warmed our stomach's as well as our soul. Didn't change a thing, and agree completely with the low addition of onion. Applesauce? Who knew? Thanks, thanks."

"Bev, you already know this is a hit, so my stars are secondary....compared to such a simple, flavor packed dressing. I was given a Magic Bullet two years ago, and just used that little baby to whiz all ingredients together. I have to say, I didn't decrease the salt, perhaps because I used Kosher salt. Great, BRAVO!"

"Rita, my feet almost could fall of from working here on the farm. My feet almost fell off after I used this soak. Didn't think my lavender epsom salts would make a metal bucket smell so good! I propped up my other foot, while I took a relaxing and soothing foot soak, one at a time. I also used a bit extra epsom salt to gently massage my feet (unde..."
