"These taste really really good, even the dough tasted like ice cream.I found i had to chill for longer than 30 mins,think i chilled the dough for about 2 hours. It was much easier to handle after that. I should have allowed more space between the cookies they puffed out and merged in areas. Great tasting cookie recipe.Thanks!"

"These were pretty good.Here in the caribbean we don't have the same orange coloured sweet potato I assumed you used,I used the local kind which is less sweet and lower water content,so i added alot more milk.Plus some cinnamon sugar."
