"You are a ROCK STAR! I am a v. picky cook, and I always have leftover rice. These muffins are super-delish! And the many variations of cheese, meat, veggies, whatever, are so wonderful!
I do a dish that one of my fans called "Heaven n' Hell"--beaten eggs, cheese and jalapenos. I won't make it again w/o the rice OMG, this is so incredibly ..."

"This is THE potato salad recipe! AB-FAB! I used to make a pretty mean 'tater/mac salad, but after this reciped, no more mayo/HB egg/celery stuff. We love it and make it as a side about 3X a month. Even had it as a side to prime rib! This is the go-to recipe for potlucks, and everyone wants the recipe--and we're happy to share!"

"This intrigued me because of the unusual mixture of ingredients. Tried it on 2 men as a side to a roasted ham, and they RAVED! I thought it was incredible, too! It's now a holiday staple for us! Thanks, Paula--you ROCK!"

"OMG! What a fantastic recipe! Had a Costco CB and only used the included spice packet, no garlic or shallots or dill. Used Guinness and scotch (my bad...... and the slow braise turned out the most incredible CB ever! Tasted like corned beef flavored butter! So tender, moist and incredibly delicious!!!! 10 stars!"

"Seeing this recipe made me giggle! My hubby and I (yanks were entertaining Aussie clients in ADL. They insisted we try this national specialty. Well, I love pea soup, not too crazy about the pie floater, but I gave it a go. Jim was less adventuresome, and he had a sausage roll. The soup was fantastic! Especially with a splash of vinegar! P..."

"I never should doubt AB--this recipe is so incredible! The BEST roast ever! The dry aging made it so tender and sweet! I used an "ordinary" rib roast just in case, and it was superb! Cannot wait to try it w/a real prime piece of meat from the butcher! I did a beef broth reduction w/a touch of cognac for the au jus. And for a super horsey sau ..."
