"I just finished making this soup. I used only 1 1/2 qts of stock and used the heavy cream. I like a thick soup but it still wasn't as thick as I like it. I used baby portabellas and they were wonderful. I think I will try some rosemary next time to give it a little flavor boost. It for sure a basic keeper."

"this was SOOOOOOOOOO hot even I couldn't eat it and I LOVE hot foods. I used only one can of chipotles and doubled the mayo. We had to take the coating off to eat the chicken. I will NOT use this recipe again"

"This was wonderful! I followed to the letter except I added sliced muchrooms about 15 brfoe it was done. I had three "PICKY" teens come for dinner. Not even a scrape left for hubby, and they didn't smother it in Bar-b-que sauce. It was fork tender and sooooooo juicy! Thanks for a great keeper Jjortikka"
