"Super. Made as written, with unflavored feta. Did add 1/2 tsp. of dried dill to the mix as per one review. Used a mix of a bit of minced red onion and white onion, and sauteed to soften a bit as one reviewer suggested. Used fresh spinach, wilted in fry pan. Good treat ! And easier than working with the phyllo."

"This upside down cake is wonderful. I didn't have rum, and made my own buttermilk, and cake flour ... flour with some cornstarch. DID use fresh pineapple, but it had been cut in chunks for Easter brunch. It was just FINE that it wasn't in circle shape. Yummo ! Emeril's recipes are always super."

"This soup is so very good. I didn't have green beans, so used frozen mixed vegetables instead of the green beans. It has so much flavor that it doesn't need salt. Super healthy, and people love it. Most of the ingredients are usually here on hand at home, so it's very inexpensive and easy to make."
