    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I live in a town about 20 miles south of Boston, MA. I'm retired from my own engraving business, which my younger son took over and expanded it to places I never thought about. I volunteer at senior centers to help novices with computers, not that I'm a super computer guy, but I have enough knowledge to help a novice to get started.
As far as dishes that I'm famous for, they are put together rather than cooked. When the family gets together alot of them look forward to having some of my chopped herring and chopped liver pate.

    Favorite Foods

All shellfish except for some snails prepared all the usual ways. Smoked fin fish and most of the sashimi.
