    "After reading the comments on how the rolls "deflate" when transfering into boiling water, I decided to let the rolls rise the 30 min. on an oiled & floured cookie sheet. I also oiled a spatula so they would slide on, without sticking. The only other thing I did was let the water get to a good rolling boil and right before transfering the rolls ..."
