"I made this with apple cinnamon variety, using 1 whole red delicious apple. I also subbed applesauce for the oil and wheat flour for the all-purpose flour. They were delicious. My kids gobbled them up, too. Will definitely make again. I also wanted to note that I only cooked them for 15 minutes at 410 degrees and they were ready. In fact, I ..."

"These are really good pancakes. I made them twice now; the first time I separated the eggs and whipped the whites. The second time I just threw the eggs in with the wet ingredients. I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference. The second time I also replaced the oil with unsweetened applesauce and they were perfect. I like this healthy alte..."

"This is so easy and excellent on a cold day! I have made it many times and passed the recipe on to friends. My kids like it, too, which is a huge telling factor of its goodness. I use taco seasoning mix (recipe #2642 and ranch dressing mix (recipe #47249. I also use frozen corn instead of canned. The beans I prefer are dark red kidney, blac..."

"I love making my own taco seasoning mix--it's cheaper and I know exactly what is going in it. I use this mostly for taco soup (recipe #9403, but I recently made a dip with it using cream cheese and sour cream. This is perfect for the taco soup, but needs about half the salt for the dip, I think. This is just as good as the store bought stuff."

"THIS WAS EXCELLENT!!!! I have tried many meatloaf recipes only to be disappointed or not fully satisfied. My family really enjoyed the flavor of this and it was so simple to make. The only change I made was to use whole wheat bread crumbs instead of cracker crumbs. Thanks for posting this. It is now my go-to recipe for meatloaf."

"This recipe was very good and not difficult to make. I didn't have espresso powder, so I did without and it was still fabulous. It has a very DARK chocolate taste and is extremely rich! This is something you eat slowly to savor the texture and flavor. My kids loved it, too. Fabulous!"
