"I REALLY like spinach, but these were just alright for me. Maybe I just prefer to lightly saute my spinach and not add much more to it. Keeping it simple, but good. Also, when I consider the amount of butter in this recipe, I wouldn't say it is worth the calories."

"Oh man, I so wish I had taken the suggestions from some of the other posts: covering the pork chops. I was rushed...it was getting late, so I wanted the chops to cook as soon as possible, still keeping the heat at 350. The sauce/glaze was REALLY good, but the chops were dry as heck! Way too dry 2 even eat, it was a good thing I made enough swee..."

"Well, I made this the first time and I wasn't impressed. Then, since my hubby is the better cook in the house, I asked him to make it the second time around. Again, not impressed. Would not make again. It's not bad, but I guess just disappointed compared to the many positive reviews."

"Wow!!!!!! Good for U, Great tasting, Quick and Easy...doesn't get much better than that. My family had always cooked the collards in a large pot of boiling water seasoned with a ham hock. They boiled the greens so long, I am sure they boiled all the nutrients out. This recipe, the greens were actually still green and full of vitamins when done...."
