"I modified this recipe slightly by adding yellow pepper amitting the cloves, ginger root swiss chard and coriander because I did not have any in the house. "I have used this recipe since the original episode aired. Its fantastic and converts nicely to vegetarian as well. However, the original recipe calls for several cups of fresh kale or chard instead of the frozen spinach which I feel would be way better."

"This is a great recipe! It's super easy and can stand with a few substitutions if need be. I used concentrated lemon juice one time and it tasted just as good. The only suggestion I would make is to let the flavours gell in the fridge for awhile before serving. It tastes much better after a couple of hours!"
