    "I doubled the recipe (entirely and it turned out great--creamy and rich. Substitutions: roasted veggies for about 35 minutes, used a different kind of pasta (not ww, and used colby jack cheese. We also enjoyed adding a little basil, more S&P, and lemon juice to make the flavor more interesting."

    "I've also spent a few years in Japan, and this hit the spot when it comes to wanting some good Japanese curry. I almost doubled the recipe and it made 4 big servings for curry rice-lovers. I didn't double the curry powder or onion. I also substituted tomato paste, and I used only 1/2 a fresh fuji apple. Came out medium hot. Delicious!!"
