"I really enjoyed this recipe and I do not normally make casseroles. I omitted the celery. I also added the cumin like someone suggested. My husband decided to add more kick to it and added ground cayenne red pepper along with the chili powder. It was really good! I used the corn tortillas this time and they were really good but my husband wants to..."

"I made this for a dessert with my sister. We really enjoyed it. I added a touch of vanilla to the apple and lemon juice mixture. Excellent! We topped it with vanilla ice cream. Delicious! I will be making this again. I also cut down on the butter but next time I may add 5 tablespoons to the topping instead of 4 tablespoons. Awesome recipe!"

"My husband loved this meal. I did make some changes. I did not have cider vinegar so I just added some extra water. Also I halved the amount of soy sauce and it was perfect. Not too salty like most other dishes I have made with soy. I will be making this again with my changes. Served this with fresh stirfry vegetables of carrots, green peppers, an..."

"My husband really liked this, I used this as a rub on the outside and actually stuffed the chicken from a different recipe Recipe #242533 which I just posted. My cooking time was different from this since I just used this as a rub on the outside and then used the rest of the other recipe for the inside and cooking time. Next time, I would like to ..."

"These were fantastic! I only used half the amount of butter it said to use, I tend to do this with most recipes. I wasn't too sure about using the topping so I halfed the amount and was only going to sprinkle on half the muffins when my husband came in the kitchen and said go ahead and put it on all of them. I'm glad I did. The topping is wonderfu..."

"This was actually really good. I have another batter I like to use for fish so I think I will alternate the two. I actually made half of the fish with this one and the other half of the fish with the other batter last night. My husband deep fried these and used peanut oii, and we also did not sprinkle the salt on after it was fried, because I had ..."

"This recipe was pretty good. I changed it up a bit. I did not brown the chicken because I only had 2 chicken breast anyway so I didn't want it to dry out in the oven. I just cooked the onion and garlic with the salt and pepper in about 1 tablespoon butter. After those 2 vegetables were cooked I added the dried basil ( didn't have any fresh and ho..."

"These was great, it was very similar to another recipe I make called "Chicken Tortilla Soup" because it had a lot of the same ingredients. I did change it up a bit. I baked the chicken in the oven and then combined it with Rotel Original, minced garlic (1-2 tablespoons, 1/4 cup onion, and some chicken broth that was made from chicken bouillon cube..."
