    About Me

    I am a Wife, Mother of 2 girls and have 2 beautiful grandchildren. I work full time from 6pm-6am, 12 hour shifts. I make DVD's and CD's  which I enjoy very much. So when I come home from work I need to make something quick and easy for supper. On my days off, I like to work outside with the gardening and my husband and I like to go fishing if we can find the spare time. My youngest daughter is in softball, so I try to make it to all the games when I am not working. Now also busy helping out with my new grandson, I have even less time to cook anything special. I don't have a favorite cookbook,I usually cook alot of different recipes the way my Mother use to. I like to go on line and explore the different recipes at recipezaar that would be simple and less time consuming. A friend of mine told me about this web site from work and I am glad he did. I am here for hours looking for more ideas all the time when I am off. My children are picky eaters, and my husband is a meat & potato man. He is not into anything fancy. It is hard to cook sometimes. I have to make something different for both my husband and children. It is not easy trying to make everyone happy, but at recipezaar.com I am finally getting the solution that I have been looking for.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite restaurant is Red Lobster. My favorite dish is Lobster Tails, Clams or Linguine with white clam & garlic sauce and of course shrimp.
