"Yummy! We are a gluten free family and love this recipe! The dough is very sticky, but if you keep adding the flour mixture to small parts of dough it can be rolled/patted to use the doughnut punch. If I don't have left over flour I just use Sweet Rice flour or any all purpose gluten free flour. I put my doughnut on my spoon and gently place i..."

"These were good and crunchy, I used sesame seed bread and Udi's white bread mix with the seasoning. My picky daughter didn't like then, that is why I am giving the 4 stars, but my son ate his up quickly. I made another batch with just the Udi white bread and salt and pepper for the seasoning and froze them. I will let you know if my picky daugh..."

"My picky 4 year old liked it, so it is going to be in my dinner rotation. I only had one can of Cream of Chicken and substituted Cream of Celery, so maybe that didn't make the sauce as good as the other 5 star reviews. I think a veggie to add to the last 30 minutes would be a good addition."

"We enjoyed this meal, but instead of Bisquick I used Pamela's Baking mix, because we needed it to be gluten free. I added a mixed vegetable mix with corn, peas and green beans to give more variety. I also added some chicken stock and garlic powder to add more flavor."

"We love this dish, it is easy and so yummy! I put the breadcrumbs in a baggy and smash them up before I roll the logs into them. I also take the melted butter and and egg and brush the logs instead of dunking. Also, we don't put as much chicken as suggested about 3/4 of a breast."
