I am a mother to two toddlers who have a cow's milk allergy and a new found allergy to wheat/glutten. Luckily they don't mind almond milk and well, gluten free things are becoming more readily available.
I have to say that the gluten allergy has inspired me to make everyday "wheat" treats at home, so my children won't be left out. Hopefully, I will become accustom to the flour choices soon and not feel so overwhelmed.
My picky daughter keeps me on my toes, trying to sneak veggies into meals and having her try new foods. Lucky for me, my husband isn't too picky and he even eats leftovers from time to time.
