"This recipe is delicious and easy to prepare. I didn't have cream so I used 2 cans evap milk. You could perhaps thicken it up with a little flour, but I didn't and it was still great. I also substituted fresh, chopped tomatoes for the dried and purple diced onion for the green onions and it was, again great!"
