"Delicious! I don't like raw garlic so I skipped adding any to the sauce and just put it all in with the chicken. I think I will double the sauce next time, it was so good. The chicken had lots of flavor - a quick and easy enough meal."

"This is great comfort food when the family isn't feeling well. I didn't have cooked chicken so added raw cubed chicken after the veggies and boiled it until the chicken was cooked through, then added the rice. I also added two cloves of garlic and some onion flakes, but no corn starch just because I forgot it."

"I didn't like this. It had a spongy texture and little flavor."

"I used a regular ham, a six pound butt, and a 20 oz can of pineapple just because that was what I had, otherwise I followed the directions and it came out great. I had to work Easter morning so I assembled it before I left, then had my husband start it on high and turn it down to low once it got hot. It was fork tender in about four or five hour..."
