I am a mostly sahm to two young children. I work part time for the local YMCA teaching swimming lessons and water aerobics. I love to cook, but am having a hard time adjusting to cooking for my son's allergies. We are currently no tomato, citrus, pineapple, pear, and most currently milk. Thankfully we can still eat wheat!
I love all of the foods we no longer eat in our house. Anything with cheese and tomato is at the top of my list. Of the current staple of our diet, I would have to say that sweet potatos are my favorites. They are so versital and full of vitamins. I live in a small town so our resturant choices are limited to fast food or pizza. I would have to say that our local pizzeria has the best French Onion Soup!
