"Made two of these last night for a potluck. Quick, easy and delicious. I cooked the potatoes whole in the morning, and left the skin on so they wouldn't get brown. An hour before the potluck, I peeled and cubed the potatoes, put in pans, added chopped onion, cheese mixture, salt and pepper, and crushed cornflakes, popped in the oven for 40 mi..."

"Simple and quick. I doubled the recipe for a potluck last night and put it in a 9 x 13 glass pan. I bought guacamole at the local Mexican food store, because it's so good. I layered it bean dip, guacamole, sour cream mixture, cheese, tomatoes, green onion, and added chilies, and cut down taco seasoning to 3/4 of a package. It took me less tha..."

"I made it tonight, and it was very good. Everyone, from kids to grown men liked it. In fact we finished it off. I followed the recipe exactly, except I added 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, because there were 8 pieces of chicken.
I especially like the fact that it is fast to fix, and uses ingredients that I have on hand."

"I followed the recipe exactly, except I added chopped walnuts. I left it in the oven for 65 minutes, and it turned out perfect. It was moist on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. I let it cool, and it sliced perfectly. Packed it in plastic bags and took it camping. Yummy."

"I FINALLY found this recipe again. I made it last summer and forgot to save it, then couldn't find it. Made it again yesterday using a cheap chuck roast and everyone thought it was a fancy steak. It definitely doesn't taste like it was easy to make, but only has 3 ingredients, plus the meat. Thanks so much!!!"

"I made this today, after marinating the tri-tip roast since yesterday.
I don't know what went wrong, but the tri-tip was so tough, it was almost inedible. However the crust on it was DELICIOUS. I don't know if the grade of the meat was poor, or what happened. It was not overcooked, just very tough."

"I made this tonight and it was DELICIOUS. I get so tired of chicken, but this really tasted different. I cooked 12 thighs for 6 people, including 2 little ones. It is all gone now, with no leftovers. It was easy to make, and something about the lemon made it so good."

"Excellent recipe, and so easy. I didn't brown the ribs and they were kind of pink on the bottom, next time I'm browning them. But they were tender and juicy. A keeper!"

"This was delicious! Never even knew that potatoes came in cans. I regularly make this and everyone loves it. Also I now use canned potatoes when grilling shish kabobs - already cooked and come out perfect everytime."
