"Love how easy this is to make. It needed a little more spice for our tastes.. I sauteed the onion with a small can of jalepenos, and 2 garlic cloves. Mixed pepper jack cheese with the cheddar.. and topped the casserole with additional tortillas. Next time, I'll substitute cream of celery soup for the cream of mushroom as the mushroom is a little o..."

"This was very tasty.. definitely a keeper. Like a previous poster, I found it a bit sweet - but I added some red pepper flakes for a bit more spice and that counteracted the sweetness.. next time I'll play with ways to add a bit more counterbalance to the sweet - maybe a bit more mustard, a bit of salt, etc."

"Holey Moley!! Those are GREAT. And I don't like cauliflower.. neither does my significant other. But we both ate seconds (and thirds of this. I didn't have any green onions, so I used 1/2 cup of chopped yellow onion when it went in the oven. AND I did run it through the food processor to chop it up finely. That helped the texture a bunch. It was ..."

"Wow! This was fantastic. I did double the recipe for the sauce. MMMMM. I am such a huge fan of capers anyway that I knew I would love this. But my significant other loved it too.. and he usually doesn't care for capers. He loved it.. but asked if I could up the garlic a little next time.. sure thing-I'll try that! This one is going in our "make o..."

"This was very good as a base soup. It wasn't quite as flavorful as I had imagined, so I dressed it up a bit. (and tripled the recipe. I made it with homemade stock, and added a couple of bay leaves, LOTS of salt and pepper, and about a teaspoon of ground cloves to make a nice little background note. Next time, I'll substitute half/half for part o..."
